False FIR lodged of atrocity on my family and ipc 354 on my children

2 False FIR lodged as revenge on my family of atrocity and my children on ipc 354 . The accused in my FIR filed against us . Police supported them due to political background. What can be done ?

you can mention your grounds of illegal arrest before the concerned Court and explain the court about your illegal arrest by the police if the grounds of arrest against you has mentioned in the FIR aur phone to be false by the court then you make a missed S iPad FIR falling a false complaint against you in the police station can also complaint about the police to their superior officials

If FIR is lodged then first you will have tos excuse anticipatory bail. You have to file it before sessions Court and if not allowed by it then you will have to approach high court. Then you may approach high court under 482 for quashing of the FIR
