False FIR in different city, want to file for sqashing in current city

There is a false FIR in my name in a different city. My brother broke and engagement with his fiancee after two years and out of vengence the girls family has filed an FIR with section 420 and other sections that my mom and dad have taken money from them and that i and my elder brother tried to "knock him down but someone from their family came to rescue" - exact words. I have never visited their city and i have card swipes in chennai of that day. Can i file for squashing of Fir from Chennai or any other city?

the source of FIR is the jurisdiction to squash the same. the police station area is another jurisdiction to squash the fir. so the session of court had the power to squash the same. the fir quash is not easy as per the supreme court directions. many proceedings has to be filed

Yes it is possible to yes it is possible to play wash machine before the hundred K could’ve meant to ask you if the girls are spending in the state of coming on file quash in High court if the case is pending in Tamilnadu. Further we need to look into the complaint more specifically for further course If action in this regard
