Hello All,
Thank you for reading this.
I am a working individual and through matrimony I met one girl. We got into relationship and everything was working fine until one day i caught her cheating on me.
I ended everything and demanded all my money back from her. She stopped responding and blocked me.
Furiously, I said bad words to her via text and all which i know i should not in fit of rage. She then lodged complaint against me under 354D which is wrong because I never stalked her.
Could you respected lawyers tell me how to proceed with this and will I get punished? I am getting married and this will affect everything!! The police have filed the chargesheet.
you can proceed for quashimg of FIR in the hogh court of bombay based on the evidence you have like meeting her on matrimonial site and giving her and demanding back your money your relationship and everything to be proved in the court then the case will be finished and nothing will be remain

Since police have filed chargesheet in the case and you must have read the chargesheet , you have to conduct the trial in the concerned court through advocate of your choice who will take care of the case by taking instructions from you.

in this case you can move to High court for quashing application although the chargesheet is filed
you can get stay on the execution of the proceedings before the trial court
you have to move to High court as soon as possible
