The SHO has filed false fir against me after I filed a case against him for police torture , what can I do in this situation

I have seen ur issue as you have been implicated in a false. FIR by SHO due to enmity with you as you have implicated tht SHO in a complaint which is filled by you against him so for harassing you .in this situations you have to move to high court immediately for taking a relief of you can move for anticipatory bail .
