False FIR Apperance Date in ecourts app

I have not received any written document/letter/summon to appear in court, but ecourts website shows a case against me and the appearance dateTwo dates are passed stating accused not present. nnWhat is the next step? Should I wait for a official letter from court to appear? Or should I appear on the next date?

Well, I have to see your Case No or CNR No at least, then I can let you know - Whether you should attend next Hearing or not! I will make you understand each and everything, the stage at which your case has arrived, what will be the repercussions to attend next hearing or what will be the repercussions to not attend!

Hello, your case is still at the stage of taking cognisance by the judge. Under Sec 204 of CrPC once the order passed for issuing summons to you then you will receive it and on mentioned date for framing of charge or evidence you have to appear in court.
