False FIR against a person not present in INDIA

Hi, there are my two uncles working in Dubai, they have issues with their neighbours. Few days ago their neighbours alleged that his son was kidnapped and beaten, they alleged that this incident was done by my both uncle through rented criminals. Just I want to know is this possible to lodge a FIR against any person who is not present in India?

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have evidence do give a copy of that to investigating officer that they are not present and are working in Dubai as the son was kidnapped is he minor as per your query you have not discussed the allegations has to be seen as per FIR for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Dear Client, If FIR lodged against your uncles then you should approach High Court for quashing the FIR by way of Criminal Writ for more clarification you may contact us then I'll explain properly about your case Advocate Anurag Bhatt Allahabad High Court.
