FALSE DOCUMENT CREATION WITH FORGED SIGNATURES TO USURP MY LAND

My Ancestoral dry agri land 10 acres plotted by a aggressor without My knowledge. Also He has created a false sale agreement forging my signature and calling me to sell the land to him. Also He is showing that land through some other parties for selling it as PLOTS. He has erected stones to demarcate the Plots. As Iam staying away from that land belatedly came to know that.. What are the LEGAL REMEDY?

You can file a police complaint against the perpetrator for land grabbing before the land grabbing cell. In addition you can file a civil case to restrain the encroacher from making any encumbrance with respect to your property.

If you have sufficient documents and supporting evidences against his deception. Then you can file a police complaint against his conspiracy on the Land grabbing department. Send your complaint to the land grabbing police department through registered post with acknowledgement. You suppose to file the FIR against him. Then file the civil suit against him the documents is forgery and created by him. please check the current status of EC and Patta and check via online patta STATUS. file the case against him and put flex in the front of properly the property is in legal issues.
