Dear Sir and Madam, We have to send the divorce papers to your husband once the notices reached him. We can call it for hearing in the family courts. The court will have our to six hearing on your cases. Filling the case without maintenance is Maximum 1 year

The case will be move to 3 or 4 hearing only. Maintenance case you suppose to produce all the evidences into the court. Then If he is earning well you can get maintenance well otherwise it is dependent on husband income

Greetings to all. My father is a state Govt. employee & died in service on 2016. At Present, his brother (not a legal heir & separated from family since 2001) got my dad's following details through RTIn1)date of appointment, n2)GPF number, n3) his last drawn salary, n4)nominee details from his service registry,n5) Gratuity amountn6) Insurance claimed n7) Scheme of Pension & Pension amount & Pensioner details through RTI. Once the concerned office, received the RTI application, they provided all the details to him.My Questions: 1)how could the officials provide deceased one's personal info (GPF number, Nominee details) to a third party (other than the deceased's legal heirs) under RTI as it violates Section 8(1)(j) & Section 11(1) of RTI Act. Kindly provide me some legal advice & suggestions to do next. Thanks in advance.

First apply legal higher certificate in local municipal office or taluka office . then file the suit in city civil court as misslenious petition for the claiming the legal hire then go to RTI. First solve the issues with in your family
