False details mentioned in FIR

06-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hi Sir/MadamThere is a lady who is 3 years elder to me and has filed a 376 case with no other sections where she mentioned that i promised her marriage on 10th november 2021. I have photos of her and proofs where she is with me before the said date. She also mentioned various wrong facts in the FIR while filing which is evident with the proofs that i have. She also wrote that we met in amritsar in the month of september but she met me in chandigarh then we went to amritsar from there. This detail she didnt mention. Later she wrote that i forced myself on her in amritsar but from chandigarh to amritsar we were together and in a hotel for which i have proof. Similarly she entered many wrong points in the FIR. What can be done please help

first of all the prime action you should take against this false FIR is that apply for anticipatory bail before the judge so that Police cannot arrest you as the offence you mention aur non bailable offence to prevent your arrest you should contact me as soon as possible

If the FIR has been registered against you then you should immediately approach the court for your anticipatory bail just in case the police tries to take you in custody on the basis of imaginary story cooked by that lady. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

first of all, apply for anticipatory bail. secondly, file your version before the police, with the request to register an fir against her for fraud, extortion, etc. Communicate with the investigating officer through a lawyer/ letters regularly attaching all proofs of the false claim of the lady, with a request to submit a final report in the matter.

You can file the case before the concerted court. After examining the case and listing the parties, the court will give the judgment in your favour. The only thing you have to do is to go to court and file the petition through your advocate.
