FALSE COMPLAINT MADE BY LADY AND WITHDRAWN COMPLAINT AFTER 2 YEARS
30-Jan-2025 (In Criminal Law)
One lady filed false complaint on PCR and later on police called me and after inquiry at PS rejected the complaint . Later on that lady filed complaint in year 2021 before MM court patiala house u/s 156 /3 crpc and after that withdrawn said complaint in year January 2024 without summons to me as no summons issued to me in this matter.
That lady misused facilities the name of woman . Now can I file any defamation case against her to disturb my life. Pl suggest

yes you can definitely file a criminal defamation or civil defamation case against this lady. In civil case you have to pay court fees on the amount you are claiming from the woman and even ask for injunction so that she be barred from filing this frivolous complaint again.
