False complaint in district Court for physically abuse a child female

In my hometown , our nighbour fight with my family in absence of us. My family did complaint in police , police arrest them and do only NCR. Police relief them after doing challan only. For taking care of my family I go to my hometown from delhi and next day come back to delhi after X-RAY OF MY FAMILY in district medical. When no action on them since long time, So we decide to do open case in court. After few days they make false case in court against me and my family by stating that, I was pulling and breaking his child girls cloth on next day of fight in minor court. But court still not pass any oder. What should I do.

1.Filling a cross case against ur neighbour's 2.On the basis of the xray report u should approach the court to passed the order of FIR against ur neighbour's. .there are lots of sections in Ipc which is sufficient to punish them 4.if court passed the order against u on the basis of the neighbour's complaint so dont be panic u can also file an appeal of such order.

hello ... first of all you can send a legal notice to them through an advocate .... then you can go for lodging an FIR against them .... if the police is not lodging FIR then you can go to Magistrate and give an application under section 156 3 of CRPC which will create pressure on police to lodge an FIR against them ... please elaborate the medical examination which you have got done of your family as if why you have got done that ... and fighting with you and your family please tell the reason .... whatever you have said is incomplete .... explain your grievance fully so that I can tell you the proper procedure and process .... if your issue is resolved kindly give feedback .... thank you
