False complaint against me for mentally torcher regarding

One false complaint lodged against me with family members, only for mentally torcher my name has also been mentioned in complaint . Can I take any legal action only on basis of complaint, fir has not been lodged

If any complaint ,FIR or Challan has been filled falsely against someone then he can approach high court for quashing of that . The high court under 482 has power to quash frivolous company's,FIR etc .Contact me for further discussion.

if you think that an fir can be lodged then you can claim a copy of the complaint and apply for an anticipatory vail. Also if an FIR is filed by the police authorities on false implications then you can file a petition to quash the FIR and also you can claim compensation on very strong grounds.
