Registration of FIR doesn't mean that your uncle is guilty. Engage a good and sincere lawyer to contest your case intelligently and diligently. You may adduce the evidence in your defence during the trial. However at this stage you are advised to move an anticipatory bail application through a good and intelligent lawyer. You may avail my services as well if you so desire.

Dear sir
Under Criminal Procedure Code the police has powers to file FIR and investigate the matter. The Court takes cognizance based upon evidence collected by police. If you have evidence in rebuttal then you can produce it before the police and the same will be taken into consideration before finalizing the charge

Yes definitely there is no cause for registration of FIR you can move in revision against order if FIR is not registered. If its registered as per the order then you have no choice except for moving a bail application along with surety bonds and thereon contest the case.So check the FIR status and then we can proceed further.
