My father was an advocate, a women practicing with my father as a junior, later my father was in hospital she filed a FIR against me that I take money from her and threats her to death and acid attack, case is in court, now her chief has been addmitted what can I do and how can I escape, she took my wife name also . Fir had been lodged in 2020, it's 5 years
the advocate was a junior she lodged the fir against you fir has been registered the police will investigative process fir is lodged in 2020 the chargesheet has to be filed in 90 days threats allegedly

Did you file any 482 application innthr high court when you receives the summoning order. as your opponent os an advocate , you need to pursue this case by engaging a effective lawyer who can pursue this case. As commercial transaction is involved filing 482 in high court would have been better.
