False case by my wife - Abortion

My wife has file a case against me and my father under section 156(3) with the Magistrate for trying to kill her and abortion. I wanted to know what can be done in this scenario.

you have not mentiond the stage of your case. you can not do anything at this stage. just wait for the order of magistrate. further course of action will be decided after order of magistrate. if order has passed against you, you can challenge that FIR before high court under article 226.

It is not clear that application under section 156(3) cr.p.c is allowed or not? If application allowed then you have remedy to challenge the first information report or you may obtain an ancipatory bail. The qenuineness of allegations may not be seen which is the subject matter of trial.
