False attempt to rape case booked against my younger father

Some one failed false case against us and my family , attempt to rape case , please provide some suggestions to outcome from this

firstly it is required that if your father is still not arrested he can file an petition for anticipatory bail under 438 of crpc and if he is arrested and in custody then to file a petition for regular bail under section 439 before the district and sessions court, further your father can file a criminal petition under section 482 of crpc to quash the FIR and complaint in the high court.

Dear Sir, You must not take it so easy. Get copy of FIR and all relevant documents and get proper legal advise. You may go for quashing of the same to the High Court which may stay the investigation and then quash the same. Police may create all necessary false statements of witnesses and file charge then it is very difficult for you to contest.
