False allegations of 304 and 306

A girl is accusing us of false allegation under ipc 304 & 306 . Although she is the one who has threatened me. She is trying to frame my whole family. What should I do? . She belongs to UP and local. Police is favouring her only. Getting threathening calls from the police. Kindly guide me.

it is required that you must file an injunction against the person as such and if you have rec'd any threatening calls from the police then approach the higher authority for the same. In addition you can file a court case regarding the false accusation and if FIR has been registered kindly go for the anticipatory bail to secure your position first

If she is demanding any money you can file complaint of extortion and other relevant sections of the Indian penal code with the police station of your area. if the police does not register an FIR against her you can approach the court and file a criminal case against her and all concerned persons should you have any queries feel free to contact me
