I am 16 years old. A girl in my class blackmailing me that I am the father of her baby But I never had sex with her. What should I do now?

She cannot give false statements and get away with it.let her say what she is saying. Confirm whether she is pregnant or not. If she is pregnant, then too she cannot claim that you are the father of the child unless she has something to prove that she was in a relationship with you and you were physically involved.

If u are innocent and have done nothing with her then be sure she can't harm u. but u have not cleared that she has given birth to a baby or she is pregnant or why and for what she is blackmailing u.she can be punished for this.

In terms of legal opinion .if u have not done anything then u have not to worry cause cases like this could not be tried by court but by juvenile court as well as with the concern of medical department that will proove the legality
And in no case it will be treated a crime because there was consent of the other party
And no scope of marriage will exist as it is not legal for u two both to fall in a legal marriage.

Collect all the data as to how she is black mailing you and then file an application for anticipatory bail so as to prevent arrest. Her next step could be to file FIR before Police. If you would have an order granting you anticipatory bail ready, police would not arrest you. Along with this please file a FIR against her for blackmailing you.
