First get a bail from court if arrested file regular bail if not arrested file anticipatory bail petition, then engage a lawyer and defend the case and give every minute details of facts to your advocate so that he can conduct the case effectively and acquit your junior.

It appears that you are an advocate yourself. The junior you are speaking about appears to be quite senior if he is having an adult son. As you know you must be obtaining an anticipatory bail and then if charge sheet is filed then a regular bail. A good cross examination and some alibi should save your junior.

You need to collect all evidence that is available which will help you in defending your junior and move your jurisdictional High Court under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the FIR

Approach an advocate who is well versed in criminal law. He will guide. Law needs no corroborative evidence, but it is the law of prudence, that requires the corroborative evidence to hold guilty. In order to give definite opinion, detailed facts are required. consult with materials such as FIR, charge sheet etc.
