FAKE TERMINATION ORDER WITH FORGED SIGNATURE.

A TERMINATION WAS CREATED BY GOVT ORGANIZATION ON A PLANE PAPER WITHOUT ANY REF.No./DISPATCH No. On recommendation of suspended officer. date of termination was jan 2009 and it was given to me in year 2019 in an rti appeal. no notice has been served to me. more over my salary has been taken out by thees officer and now they are saying that no salary is pending.state govt has directed the department to give detail of salary paid or payable but no body is giving any response. every concerned officer is giving false statement.please guide.

Your query is not clear, but your case can be property discussed after going through the all the records. As far as from the given situation you may file petition before the high court to show the injustice caused to you.

The best way is to file a case in court only once you have already submiited the representation to your department. It is only a matter of single hearing and it would be done. I am sure you got the point.

You can get a FIR registered against these government official for playing fraud, forgery and cheating with you. Government official are duty bound with rules and regulations and they can’t go beyond these for their personal gains.
