Fake Status Report By Police To Highcourt

I recently lodged a FIR against 420 against a person . That person has huge good connection with that police station so they are not arresting that person I recently filed 482 in highcourt against they ask for status report they have submitted tht person is not getting they are unable to find that person but his cell phone is switch on always can highcourt can take strict action against police ? What action does court can take ?

hello client as i am able understand ur case its seems to be very much manupulative work of the police in fevour ofnthe culprit and as ur saying tht police is filling to going to file a fame status report in high court . in this matter court can issue contemp against delhi police as well as all police officials will be arrested on order of delhi high court
