I was in a relationship on the base of marriage proposal and promise and 1st time he did with me. . Without my permission and forcefully and after that he said i m Your future husband and within 4 month we will marry.. But 4 year has passed now he and his family denied for marriage. What to do

The sexual intercourse based on false promise to marry will fall under Section 90 of the Indian Penal Code only when the consent of the prosecutrix has been obtained by putting her in fear of injury or under a misconception of fact or at the time when she was not able to understand the nature and consequences of her actions.

The concent for sexual relationship obtain by a person by giving false promise of marriage is considered as rape. You can file written complaint before police in the nearest police station. After complaint F. I. R. will be lodge.

you have the option to file a rape and mentally or physically harassment case against the person who denied for merriage with you. because if any person promise for merriage and in relationship with the girl after that he denied the merriage then he is liable for rape
