Fake Institute and amount paid but exam not held.almost 2 year complet

I booked one course ...but almost 2 years completed ...till now exam not held...o proper reply...phone always switch off ...and some times he sent MSG...will be held....but ..ot not helped

It is a clear case of cheating and you should file a police complaint in your area. You should also send them legal notice for committing this offence against you. Unless you register offence or at least complaint should be filed

Well, you can get that Tutor or Institute prosecuted, if he cheated you, by soliciting fees from your end in the name of providing you a course, but haven't provided you the course yet. You can lodge Civil and Criminal Cases against him
