Fake fir lodged aginst me can affect character verification for govt j

A fir is written against me, at that time i am not present at that place of incidence(not also present in cctv footage of the incident) . Falsely my name is also witten in that fir and fir is written by police as a party and on the basis of that single single fir gangester fir is also lodged. I am a student and qualified net jrf and enrolled as aresearch scholar, i am on interim bail which is get regularised Is fir affect my charecter verification for asistant professor Chargesheet is not submitted in the case

an FIR HAS WRITTEN AGAINST YOU BUT YOUR WERE NOT PRESENT IN INCIDENT PLACE. FALSELY YOUR NAME IS ALSO WRITTEN IN THAT FIR AND FIR IS WRITTEN BY POLICE AS S PARTY AND ON THE BASIS of that single gangster FIR lodged . you are a student and you have qualified net

on the above mentioned query describe the actual facts of the incidence . but as per your query if you are not present at the place of occurrence aur in CCTV footage , then you can file FIR quashing in the concerned High Court .
