Fake FIR filed against me under sections 354, 354 - D, 501, 323, 427 a

Sir, u had been in living relation with a girl and after few month I came to know after few days that the girl I was dating was an escort. I have all the evidence of her communication with the clients and she has extorted huge amount of money directly or indirectly from me and I also have all the remittance details. When I stopped giving her money she filed a complaint against me under sections 354, 354 - D, 501, 323, 427 and 506. Please help me and let me know if I can get Anticipatory Bail ?

Yes you can go for ABA but before that for further advice need to go through the FIR only then will be able to help you out and because you were in love in relation it is easy to get bail and you should also file a complaint against her

Yes, if you have all the evidences against her, then, there are high chances, that, you will get the Anticipatory Bail. First we have to apply Anticipatory Bail before the Sessions and then before the High Court.
