Although your Bail petition is pending before Hon'ble High court you will get Bail, surely , if you are DEWAR & no specific allegations against you. You need to procure certified copies of entire records of case filed against you from lower court and engage lawyer for moving bail application. After reviewing the entire records of lower court i can only advise you what would be the most appropriate strategy for action. You need to procure certified copy of letters sent to SP office.
