Fake allegations put by my parents against someone

06-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My parents have been putting fake allegations against my boyfriend just because they don't like him, also they are planning to put drugs and brown sugar in his bag by tricking him. Not only that they are also defaming him in the worst of ways! I can't let that happen.... What's wrong is wrong! I've heard them secretly and have no proof so what do I do?!

write a letter to the nearest police station narrating the whole plan of action of your parents as over heard by you. that would help your boy friend to some extent. also caution your friend and ensure he don't fall prey to the evil trap of your parents.

If you believe this: that your family members can implicate your boyfriend in any criminal case, so you need to take preventive steps to protect your boyfriend from any type of conspiracy which can be planned by your family against your boy friend. so you need to consult a lawyer who will help you to take preventive steps against your boyfriend.

legally speaking, you can lodge a GD in your local police station and intimate them about all these things. Or else your boyfriend can file a case of defamation against your parents along with section 509 IPC.
