dear client as per your query since case was filled against your brother and in appearance date he did not appear in court so a warrant was issued and if a warrant is issued from the court it's necessary to appear and take bail...

First of all the persons against whom WPA has been issued has to get bail and then move forward with the original matter in trial and/or try for Discharge. There are vrious steps involved in the process but ultimately no coercive action can be taken if he follows the legal procedure properly. As such I woulf advise you to contact me so that I can properly assess and advice your legal rights and obligations so that your relatives do not get unnecessarily harassed
