Sir//mamnMere bhai par uski ex girlfriend ne rape complaint police station mein report karwai hai, ASI ne police station mein mujhe aur meri maa ko bula kar bohat harras kiya aur bola agar tum chahte ho ki ladke par koi FIR lodge na ho toh 10 lakh rupee humein do as a settlement," Mera Bhai ghar se bhaga hua usse Darr hai ki agar woh samne aayga toh use woh ladki jail karwa degi " mujhe or maa ko pese arrange krne ko bola lekin meri maa ne already magistrate court mein Bhai ko bedhakal kar diya hai, please bataiye ki isse bahar aane ka kyaa rasta hai?? nKya woh ladki apni complaint withdraw karegi ya nhi ? Agar karti hai toh kis basis par karegi kyuki Mera Bhai iss city mein nhi hai na hi uske sath koi contact hai!!
Uske liye aapko ek anticipatory bail lagani padegi court mein jiska matlab ye hoga ki agar aapka bhai kisi bhi case mein fasta hai toh usko arrest naa kiya jaye aur usko bail par chod diya jaye. Aur ladki se ek baar baat toh karni hi padegi. Zyada janakari ke liye mujhe contact kare.

Agar aaapka case strong hai to aap merit per hi jeet sakte ho.... also aap quashing bhi file Kar sake ko.....
