Drunk driving in Gurgaon zero pending challan

2 days back I got a challan at 1:30 am late night in Gurugram Naka. They tested me and got a BAC 147.7 and allowed is 30 Bac. It is my first offense. I have not received any challan. My car registration is in Delhi and I caught in harayana. Can anyone please help me my challan shows license impounded digitally. Please help me I don't want imprisonment but I can pay fine whatever they decide. Please help me.

Hi, as stated this is your first offence , no imprisonment happens, so don't worry, u will have to pay the fine only, after warning u ll be released, send the challan copy. in case of further inquiry contact.

Don’t worry sir we will help you regarding this. Let me tell you if you get a challan of drunken driving than you can dispose off your challan before the concerned area magistrate. You must be present before the hon’ble court with your legal representative.

Hello Sir You can pay the challan only in court as it is non compundable offence You have to present yourself before the hon'ble court as the court will decide the fine you can contact me over phone call for further assistance.

Sir , you don’t need to worry ….you just have to submit the fine. However, your driving license will remain suspended till 90 days but once it’s get disposed in the court before .you can revoke the suspension prior with disposal receipt. Thanks

You can contact me surely you won't be imprisoned but you have to clear the fine and might have to appear on 1 date before the judge to clear the fine. But you should get this challan cleared at the earliest
