Drink And Drive Case And Govt Job

03-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I was caught in drink and drive case in 2016. They took breathe analyser. Then took me to the police station. Then police gave me "Ittalnama" to be present in the court on the given date. Then i went to the court on given date and i pledge guilty & and paid fine. Does this affect on getting govt job during background check. Does i need to tell them regarding this during filling govt job form?

not effecting on job. on the first occasion you are not going to effect on getting the job. if you're not convicted then no problem nothing is going to happen to getting job similarly if you repeatedly caught and plead guilty your record will be created in office and it reflects in rto office same will reflects in police station also so be careful don't repeat you will be in trouble

You should not worry at all. This case is not going to affect you anyhow. Petty Cases like this won't create any hurdle for you in fetching a Government Job. I hope, you understood what I said. There are SC Judgements in your favour based on which I have adviced you.
