Hello Sir/Madam, Due to dowry harrassment I have filed a case in bangalore as the incident has occurred in pune which in my husband place of living. But after filing the case the Basangudi women police station officers want to transfer the case back to pune saying it's not in their jurisdiction. Is that true? We cant travel multiple times as I have a 11yrs daughter and we are not safe going back to pune. They can harm our livelihood. How can I convince police to cont the case in blr?
once registered FIR in connection police station in Basavanagudi means they cannot transfer passport without court inferences with Court order they can transfer only either the files will petition in transfer in Ennai court of Karnataka for Kindle Fire edition then you can dicot only
