Domestic Violence Case - Recall Application

Some amount per month has been granted by FTC court for me under DV case. In order to get the amount, I have filed an execution case on it. My husband has filed an application for recall of the same. Is recall application can be taken into consideration under DV act? Please guide. Thanks

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if any person is aggrieved by the order he can file recall of the order as recall application will be taken up in the same court where you got the order for interim maintenance so chances are tough but nothing can be predicted as you have filed the execution application as the amount is not disbursed to you so for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

If your interim maintenance has been stopped in the case of domestic violence, then it will have to be given to your husband and if your domestic violence case is finally settled and the cost is stopped, it will have to be given to your husband and after that application Against your husband will have to go in appeal and
