No. Regular Bail matters are not taken up by the vacation bench. Only anticipatory bail matters are taken up. The high court reopens on 4th July so the matter can be filed only thereafter. Once a matter is filed, it'll be taken up after one week after filing and notice to the State

Sir vacation benches have power to listen to and grant egular bails according to the facts and circumastances of the respective case. Interim bail can be granted if there is any special circumstance in the case. You have not thrown any light to facts as to what made you think that a person who is behind bars would ask for only interim bail from the court!

Hi,
In this matter it is suggested that you can file interim bail during vacations only on the ground of urgency like some medical ailment etc. In the alternative one can prepare and file it in the registry in vacations and get it listed on the very first day when the Hon'ble H.C. of Punjab and Haryana re-opens i.e on 4-7-2016. It is suggested accordingly.
