Does criminal record affect employment in govt. service

जी हाँ । सरकारी कानून एसा ही कहता है । जवतक उस केस से वरी नही होता है तवतक नौकरी पेन्डिगॅ रहता है ।
घुस देकर कोइ फायदा नही होता हे । ममामले से वरी नही हुया तै नौकरी खतम।

वस इतना ही कहना है ।

Ha pending rahega. Wo pending rahega and It will depend upon the the higher police authority that they will put it pending or not. So I will not clear that you will get your job or not. You just clear your name from the criminal roll.

MY OPINION THAT i have follow your very vital problem, i think that if any criminal record pending against any person before any police exam or any other exam in process than he /she the candidate should not allow or appear in that exam /exams ,but there are multiple legal process and /or processes to rectify the problem /problems in legitimate way /ways.

Exam me pas hona fail hona koi maine nehi rakte hai Pending Case ke bareme. Lekin Police Verification ke time pe agar koi Criminal Case pending rehe te hai. To Candidate ko nokri nehi milte. Upne sayed Application Form fill up karte Samay ek Likha hote hai "Koi Criminal Case Pending hei or nehi" Upne sayed "Nehi likha hay" up False me par jayenge.
