you should join the investigation as per the direction of Hon. Court and secure the bail. there is no problem at all to face the police if such direction passed as you have mentioned that police already replied that they are not arresting and will give 7 days prior notice before arresting.

You should go and move an application to return the original documents of your car alongwith the final judgement in the court. there is no need to give sureties as the matter is over already . sureties are required while the case pending.
