Doctor is threatening to file a case of defamation for negative review

My wife visited a doctor after seeing her reviews on practo.com. She told her to take few tests and suggested a lab for the test though that hospital has its own lab. After the test result came most of the results were on higher side and she advised to join her online program which cost Rs. 60000 for 6 months where she will heal everything naturally with minimum western medecine. So we took all the test which were on higher side in another lab and results were just half of the previous test and thus we posted evrything on practo.com and now she is telling us to either delete the post and write an apology post or she will file a case of defamation. So I want to know what should I do know? Please suggest.
She cannot file any defamation case unless your statements are personally derogatory against her. Your experience, your suffering however defamatory it is, does not rise any cause of action to file the case.

File a consumer case against the doctor by sending a legal notice. If she again creates trouble file a consumer case and also file a complaint against the doctor to the medical council of India outlining how you have been harassed. If charges are proven against her she could be suspended or dismissed from practice
