हाई कोर्ट में याचिका (धारा 482 CrPC): यदि Sessions Court से भी राहत नहीं मिलती, या आदेश स्पष्ट रूप से गैरकानूनी/प्रक्रियात्मक त्रुटि वाला हो, तभी धारा 482 CrPC के अंतर्गत हाई कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल की जा सकती है।

अगर सीजेएम कोर्ट से डिस्चार्ज एप्लीकेशन या उन्मोचन प्रार्थना पत्र खारिज हो गया है, तो आप हाई कोर्ट आ सकते हैं क्रिमिनल रिवीजन में। रीत की जगह क्रिमिनल रिवीजन फाइल होगा हाई कोर्ट में। और जानकारी के लिए संपर्क करें।

CJM Court dwara discharge application reject hone ke baad High Court me writ petition file karne ke liye kanoon me koi nirdharit (fixed) limitation period nahi diya gaya hai. Writ petition Article 226 ya 227 of the Constitution ke tahat file ki jati hai aur ise reasonable time ke andar dayar karna hota hai.
