I had filthy messaged my cousin because of which she filed a case nLater settlement was done but she blackmailed usnTo say sorry in front of 50 people nCan I file a defamation case nI can present people who were there in the public apology nShe also recorded my videos without my permission

Hello it depends on what you have texted her and in turn she did this with you to get apology from you. Recording videos without permission is an offence under IT Act you can prosecute her for doing this against you

Well, you cannot file a Defamation Case as you have made a mistake by using filthy language against her which you cannot deny. She was in a state of anger and as such, she shouted upon you and made you apologize in front of 50 people, so it was not wrong, since you have made a mistake.
