Dear sir,nMy brother's second wife has lodged complaint under section 324 directly in the court against myself along with my two brothers and their wives in 2020 .Her complaint was not accepted in concerned police station due to she lodges frequently bogus cases against us. We have attended tha court on 6th of this month for first time.She does this to occupy our estates viz,house and land in our village. She doesnot have any property in that village .We are residing in Pune and Mumbai.Only her husband and she are living in that village.Now their advocates advised them to delete names of two brothers and their wives from the court case and only my name will be kept in the case as I have sold my house to neibourer in the village.Please guide that is thisnRight to complainant to delete some favourable names from the court case? Or which authority has power to delete names from the case.On what grounds some names can be deleted from court case? Thanking you,
