Dear sir Or Mam,nI have a relative who did some Financial fraud 5 years back in Haryana in a real state and had reward also on his arrest.nHe was living in my society for the last 1 year but given my address. Today morning few policemen knocked my door and inquired about him showing his Picture and number. Initially i said that i don't know him but later i told the police where he lives. Now he is arrested and taken to Haryana. what is the impact of this arrest on my family now.

dear client, As you are not indulging in the alleged fraud done by your relative then you are innocent. Police cannot take any action against you or your family but if you are associated with his fraudulent practice and deliberately trying to save your relative then police can take action against you and your family members you need immediate legal assistance so please consult any law expert. Did he at any point named you as partner or if there's anything that makes you a co-accused of that fraud, then you can opt for multiple legal remedies to make sure you are not arrested and harassed regarding the issue that have no concern whatsoever with you.
