Dear LawyersThere is a case where a guy who is 2 years younger to To the girl is having A 376 case on him where the girl is a doctor and always used to travel from her city to the guy city which is 500 kms away for more than 4 to 5 times First time the girl herself booked a hotel room without meeting this guy face to face and they had consensual relationship. n2nd time she alleges that he promised to marry after 2 months of meeting first timennBoth have consensual relationship and later due to fight between them marriage couldn't happen. Now the girl had pressed false promise to marryAlso, the guy has put efforts for the girl and helped her at various instances. Also the girl has threatened the boy before filing the case. Also before filing the case the girl is on matrimonial
