Agar aapka account Dwarka Cyber Police ke through freeze kiya gaya hai, to pehle aapko pata lagana hoga ki kis complaint ya FIR ke basis par action hua hai. Aap apne bank se written freeze notice copy maang sakte hain jisme case details hon. Uske baad, aapko concerned Cyber Cell me jaakar ya RTI ke madhyam se us complaint/FIR ki copy leni chahiye. Agar koi galat complaint hai, to aap legal remedy jaise Section 91 CrPC application ya anticipatory bail file kar sakte hain. Account unfreeze karwane ke liye court me application bhi di ja sakti hai. Jaldi action lena zaroori hai.
