Sir, meri merriage 9 dec 2018 ko hoi thi jis k chlte muje mere susraal vale mujse boht maarte peet krte the oh dahej ki mang krte the ...sir m ek poor family se hu mere husband boht rich family se hai. Par fr bhi yeh mujse punjab se merriage kr kar delhi leker gyea tha vo mera sirf missuse krte mere father in law ne mere saath boht baar jabardasti krne ki bhi kosis ki thi. Fr yeh muje 1 feb 2019 ko dhokhe se ghar chod gye..or fir muje laine nahi aaye. Fr mere husband ne talak k liye call kiya. ajj muje summn recieve hue hai k muj par cr.p.c 156(3) dhara k tehat mere father in law ne case kiya hai. M abb kya kru muje kuj nhi pata mere saath boht bada froud kr rahe hai mere paas to delhi jakar case ladne k paise bhi nhi hai ... please help me m ek amrithdari ladki hu muje insaaf dilyea jaye
Aap ko avi pass ke thane main ja kar ya Mahila thane ja kar, jo vi jabardasti ki hai ya karne ki kosis ki hai, or husband ke khilaf mar pit harassment kar ne julm main rapat likhane hogi, or aapke gahne sari ko rakh liye hain , torture kiye hain , sabhi ka nam lekar case kriye. o khud aayega. mujh se sampark kariye.

Sab se phele aap ko jis court se summon mila hai wo ek ache vakeel ko bezo wo case ka pata karega ki aap ka father in law na aap par kon se section lagaye hai. Phir aap domestic violence act ka case apne husband aur apne inlaws against case file karo. Aur ek complaint CAW cell mai do for registration of FIR under section 498 A and 406 IPC. Agar aap ko aur kuch janna hai to aap mujse contact kar sakti ho and mujko aap ki help karka kushi hogye.
