Criminal Revision Petition Filled In Sessions Court

P C R was dismissed in magistrate court now criminal revision petition is filled in sessions court. Petitioner has completed his arguments. Can we get certified copy of arguments from the sessions court.

Hi , yes both parties and advocates on Record can get the the certified copy whatever is in court file only documents filed can be taken after it gets marked as exhibit . So you can apply and Gm get the certified copy of argument if petitioner have filled written arguments in court.

Dear Sir, Normally, copies of arguments cannot be given as certified copies unless it was in writing and special permission is obtained by the concerned presiding officer. The notes prepared by the Magistrate during the course of arguments also not available. You may pursue the entire file physically by taking permission from the Court.
