Criminal Revision Petition Case

Case was filled against us as P.C.R in CMM court. But later it was dismissed. Now again criminal revision petition is filled in sessions court. So now current case stage is in arguments. So what will be next stages after arguments and what will be done in argument stage. Should we need to hire a lawyer??

Dear Sir,
Normally, in the Criminal Revision Petition your presence is not necessary. If Appellate Court is satisfied then matter will be remanded back to continue the PCR and accordingly a direction will be given to the CMM Court. Thereafter, if you receive any court summons then you have locus standi to approach High Court seeking quashing of such proceedings before the Trial Court.
