IPC 353 & 269 against me out of which 353 is untrue, false, not right, its a lie. Police use 353 against me is totally 100% wrong Need advise

if fir is regustered against you and still you have not been arrested then you can file an anticipatory bail and get bailed out so that after getting bail you can if prove that all the allegations against you is false then you can go ahead to quash the FIR from high court

Well you can file a case in High Court under Sec 482 of the CRPC to get the FIR and Criminal Proceedings quashed against you. Usually, to get rid of the Civil Cases against them, People file Criminal Cases in Court against them.

File anticipatory bail application before the concerned court of law. If you have cogent evidences, you also can file quashing petition before the High Court. Make your written representation before the superior officers of police also.
