Criminal case under section 34,409 IPC ,66 c,d IT Act will be quashed when chargesheet filed against accused in court . What are the documents required for quashing petition. Is there any lawyer in Lucknow high court

on the above is query, when chargsheet filed by the police officials then It is well settled that the High Court would continue to have the power to entertain and act upon a petition filed under Section 482 Cr. P.C. to quash the FIR even when a chargsheet is filed by the police during the pendency of such petition.
