Criminal case pending under IPC 323,324,506,34,294

I have got selected in government job on the post of Sub Engineer. I have case pending against me in district court under IPC 323,324,506,34,294. My joining is about to come. What to do for smooth joining.

U immediately file a petition for quashing of FIR in High court . The high court will stay the proceedings and call the entire records of the case . If the charges are false the court will cancel the FIR registered against u. Though u have mentioned in ur service records about ur case ,but later u will have to get acquitted. Contact me for help.

A petition u/s 482 or Writ Petition to challenge the FIR and direction from the Hon'ble court can be filed to meet out the ends. Strong grounds would be required so that it does not hampers the government employment.
