Criminal case pending more than 8 year in trail court

Criminal case under section 65,67 of IT act has been pending more than 8 years no witness appear till date what are legal remedy to dispose off the case

if proceecution is not complete the evidence in the court. or if they fail to appear witness in the court. then you can file a discharge application on the ground of lack of witness or prosecution failed to appear witness in the court. many citation available from SC for delay evidence accused should be discharge.

speedy justice is right of the accused and as such you may approach the Hon'ble High Court to get direction so that trial may be concluded within reasonable time. and court may issue the direction regarding the same.
